Apply & confirm your place
Submit your registration for Luciano to review. Once your participation is confirmed, full payment reserves your place. Enrollment and payment close on 7 October.

Share your starting point
Complete the mandatory health questionnaire by 7 October at 22:00 (Portugal time), including medication information, and submit the requested photographs through the intake process.

Receive your personal guidance
Your 40-day protocol brings together an individual herbal prescription, nutrition, recipes, habits and daily practices. You also receive guidance on where to purchase recommended products.

Begin, practise & integrate
Meet on Zoom on 10 October to open the program with the New Moon. From there, begin your individual process when the time feels right for you. If needed, you will receive personal support through calls or video consultations, according to your process.

Your nutrition plan and adaptable recipes, a 40-day program guide, a guide to preparing seeds, nuts and grains, and a general, non-personalized family wellbeing guide.
Meetings & ongoing support
Two group Zoom meetings led by Luciano, WhatsApp support throughout the program, and guidance for continuing independently through winter. Individual calls or video consultations are also available when a particular process requires them.
Purchased separately
Herbal infusions form the foundation of every participant’s protocol. We recommend which plants to buy, with an estimated cost of €10–30. Any additional supplements are recommended individually and paid for separately. We guide your purchases; we do not ship products.

Luciano and Rita work together as the phytotherapy team, reviewing each case and defining the individual therapeutic strategy.
Luciano explains your recommendations, leads both group meetings and accompanies you throughout the program. Both professionals are institutionally qualified in Portugal to prescribe medicinal plants and supplements within their professional scope.
Luciano StellaPhytotherapy · Alquimia Andina
Luciano Stella is a phytotherapist and founder of Alquimia Andina, a botanical laboratory and school dedicated to plant-based remedies and the transmission of traditional knowledge.
Born in Mendoza, Argentina, at the foothills of the Andes, his work is rooted in a deep relationship with plants, integrating ancestral practices with contemporary approaches to health.
He trained in phytotherapy in Argentina and later specialized in Traditional Chinese Medicine and diagnostics at the Escola de Medicina Tradicional Chinesa de Lisboa.
Through his laboratory, Luciano develops personalized herbal preparations inspired by spagyric principles and traditional extraction methods.
Rita AntãoTraditional Chinese Medicine · Sana Maresia
Rita Antão is a practitioner and educator in Traditional Chinese Medicine, with over a decade of clinical and teaching experience.
She holds a full-time diploma in Traditional Chinese Medicine from the Escola de Medicina Tradicional Chinesa de Lisboa, along with training in Western phytotherapy, naturopathy, and therapeutic bodywork.
Originally trained in Industrial Chemistry at the University of Coimbra, her background brings a strong laboratory and analytical perspective to her work with medicinal plants.
She is the founder of Sana Maresia Clinic in Sintra, Portugal, where she integrates Traditional Chinese Medicine, phytotherapy, and nutrition.
Your health information and photographs are confidential, with access restricted to Luciano and Rita.

These 40 days are a time to understand your needs, establish your individual care and build supportive food and daily habits. Your winter guidance helps you continue independently between the two programs.

Ask a questionWhat does the program fee cover?
Your individual assessment, 40-day protocol, herbal and nutrition guidance, recipes, program resources, two group meetings, WhatsApp support and winter continuation guidance.
What extra costs should I plan for?
Herbal infusions are the basic prescription for every participant. We recommend the plants suited to your individual protocol. Budget approximately €10–30, depending on which plants are prescribed.
We may also recommend additional supplements according to your needs, as in an individual phytotherapy consultation. These are purchased separately, and their cost varies with the recommendations for each person.
Who can participate?
The process can be adapted across life stages, including children, older adults and pregnancy. Participation and any adaptations depend on an individual suitability assessment. Please share your health circumstances and medication information through the intake process.
How does the household discount work?
Each additional participant living in the same household receives a 30% discount, once one full-price participation has been registered and paid for. This option is for people who live together and share their daily domestic life, such as partners, parents and children. We may request confirmation of shared residence.
Select Family / Household Participation in the registration form. Enter the full name and the same email address used by the household member who has already registered. Each participant receives guidance based on their individual assessment.
Is this a detox or a parasite cleanse?
No single approach is prescribed to everyone. Pacha Hampec is a seasonal rebalancing program: your assessment may point toward release, nourishment or activation. It is distinct from the optional spring parasite cleanse.
How is my personal approach determined?
Luciano and Rita jointly review your mandatory health questionnaire, medication information and photographs. They define your individual strategy, and Luciano explains the recommendations. You do not need to choose a pathway yourself.
Will I need a restrictive diet or hours of practice?
The nutritional approach is nourishing and adapted to your routine, rather than highly restrictive. Consistency with your personal recommendations matters. Daily time requirements depend on your protocol; a fixed practice-time estimate has not been set.
Are private consultations included?
Your assessment begins with your health form and photographs. Individual calls or video consultations may be arranged when your process requires them, including when clarification is needed. The two scheduled Zoom meetings are group sessions.
Can I join from another country?
Yes. The program is online and in English. You purchase herbs and supplements directly from suggested providers; the team does not ship them. If delivery is delayed, contact Luciano so the team can help coordinate an individual start.
What if I need to cancel?
For cancellations received by 6 October 2026, your payment remains as credit toward a future program. After that date, there is no standard cancellation, credit or refund because individual assessment work has begun. Exceptional circumstances are reviewed individually.
What if the group is full?
The group has a maximum of 20 participants. A waiting list will be available if capacity is reached. Contact the team to ask about availability.
